The Sales Specialist for NGS Clinical Solutions will spearhead the promotion and sales of our offerings to academic medical institutions, prominent cancer centers, healthcare systems, and other strategically vital key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and compile quantitative data to devise an effective sales strategy within the designated territory.
  • Enhance and nurture business relationships with major clients, collaborating with the Technical Support team as necessary to address strategic challenges.
  • Actively seek out new accounts and prepare pertinent information for outbound sales communications to secure new clientele.
  • Maintain an extensive understanding of product offerings and market dynamics.
  • Build relationships with relevant team members to share market insights and identify emerging product requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences; a Master's or PhD is preferred.
  • Several years of experience within the Clinical or Life Sciences sector.
  • Proven experience in complex sales environments, with adaptable interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of decision-making.
  • Highly organized, adept at multitasking, and possessing a keen attention to detail.
  • Fluency in both German and English.

Travel Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in Business Development roles and/or Strategic Account Management.
