About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at the Hilton Garden Inn Frankfurt City Centre. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage the front office team to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes
  • Process guest reservations, including individual and group bookings
  • Manage the daily cash desk and perform financial transactions
  • Induct and train new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Conduct regular inspections of the front office and guest areas to maintain high standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements
  • Completed vocational training in the hotel industry
  • Confident handling of common hotel software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
