Key Responsibilities

  • Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondences and interactions with various company departments, customers, and suppliers.
  • Scheduling and Travel Planning: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless processes.
  • Meeting Excellence: Organize meetings, prepare and follow up on organizational and content-related aspects, including presentation creation, report generation, and to-do list management.
  • Project Management: Develop ideas, concepts, and project proposals to support development projects and oversee the implementation of developed approaches.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: Hold a degree or commercial apprenticeship and possess relevant experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Organizational Talent: Combine exceptional organizational skills with a proactive, solution-oriented work style.
  • Communication and Presentation: Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as fluent German and English, to interact confidently with stakeholders in both languages.
  • Confidence and Humor: Present yourself confidently and self-assuredly, with a good sense of humor.
