Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Headbartender (m/w/d) to join our team at the Andaz Munich Schwabinger Tor. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience through your expertise in mixology and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus and recipes that showcase your creativity and expertise
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that guests have an unforgettable experience in our bar
  • Manage and maintain a high level of inventory control and ordering to ensure that our bar is always fully stocked
  • Train and develop new team members and provide guidance and support to ensure that they meet our high standards
  • Work collaboratively with our events team to create customized beverage packages for special events and functions

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender or mixologist in a high-end hotel or restaurant environment
  • Excellent knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines, as well as mixology techniques and trends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred
