Air Quality Partnership Manager

Job Title: Partner & Sales ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Partner & Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our business team, you will be responsible for managing our existing network of partners and supporting them in acquiring joint customer projects. You will also identify new potential leads for our own customer acquisition channels, reach out to them, and guide them through our sales funnel.

- Sales and business development
As a Partner & Sales Manager, you will be working closely with our existing network of partners to identify new joint opportunities, design joint solution concepts, and business proposals to win those opportunities. You will also be responsible for keeping track of the state of our partnership and working towards tightening the bonds between our organizations.
In addition, you will be responsible for sales and business development, including keeping up with market developments, identifying potential leads and new potential target audiences, gathering market feedback to inform our future product development, reaching out to potential customers, and supporting them on their journey through our sales funnel.
Requirements- Previous professional experience in sales, business development, account or partner management
- Excellent and outgoing communicator
- Great understanding and formulation of the needs of partners and customers
- Care about our environment
- Fluent in German and English
- Ideal experience working with CRMs and similar sales support software
- Ideal experience in our target markets: governmental technologies, industry, and/or facilities
- Ideal experience with proposal writing for public tenders
