Job Title: Partner & Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Partner & Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our business team, you will be responsible for managing our partnerships and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners to identify new joint opportunities and design joint solution concepts and business proposals.
  • Keep track of the state of our partnership and work towards tightening the bonds between our organizations.
  • Identify potential leads and new potential target audiences, and gather market feedback to inform our future product development.
  • Reach out to potential customers and support them on their journey through our sales funnel, proposing solutions for their individual challenges and creating quotes and supporting them throughout the purchasing process.
  • Present Breeze Technologies at national and international events (trade fairs, conferences, and similar).
Requirements:
  • Previous professional experience in sales, business development, account or partner management.
  • Excellent and outgoing communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different types of partners and customers.
  • Ability to understand and formulate the needs of partners and customers, and support them in reaching those.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Previous experience working with CRMs and similar sales support software is a plus.
  • Previous experience in our target markets: governmental technologies, industry, and/or facilities is a plus.
  • Previous experience with proposal writing for public tenders is a plus.
