Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Partner & Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our business team, you will be responsible for managing our partnerships and driving sales growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Partner management and development: Work with our partners to identify new joint opportunities, design joint solution concepts, and business proposals to win those opportunities.
  • Sales and business development: Keep up with market developments, identify potential leads, and new potential target audiences, gather market feedback to inform our future product development, reach out to potential customers, and support them on their journey through our sales funnel.

You will be working closely with our existing network of partners and supporting them in acquiring joint customer projects. You will also identify new potential leads for our own customer acquisition channels, reach out to them, and guide them through our sales funnel.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous professional experience in sales, business development, account or partner management.
  • Excellent and outgoing communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different types of partners and customers.
  • Great understanding and formulation of the needs of partners and customers, and a willingness to support them in reaching those.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Ideal experience working with CRMs and similar sales support software.
  • Ideal experience in our target markets: governmental technologies, industry, and/or facilities.
  • Ideal experience with proposal writing for public tenders.
