Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager Digitalization to join our team at RONAL GROUP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning and controlling the rollout of our CAQ software SIEMENS Opcenter Quality across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure successful rollout of SIEMENS Opcenter Quality
  • Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
  • Provide project status updates and reports to senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the manufacturing or quality assurance industry
  • Strong technical background in software development, quality assurance, and project management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in English language
