Project and Process Coordinator
100% (m/w/d)

**DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Management des Projektportfolios innerhalb Group Operations
- Koordinierung und Überwachung der Ressourcenplanung für Group Operations in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Project Management Office (PMO)
- Schnittstelle zum PMO und Ansprechpartner für die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der PMO Prozesse und Guidelines
- Unterstützung der Fachbereiche Infrastruktur und Produktion in ihrem Tagesgeschäft
- Priorisierung und Kontrolle der Group Operations Projekte
- Vorbereitung des Group Operations-Project Board Meetings
- Führen der Kennzahlen und Statistiken
- Weiterentwicklung der Projektkultur und Prozesse
- Unterstützung bei den Vorbereitungen diverser Meetings

**DEIN PROFIL**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Weiterbildungen im Bereich Projektmanagement von Vorteil
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Erfahrung mit Project Management Methoden
- Sehr gute MS Project Kenntnisse
- Affinität zu Project Management Tools (Ressourcenplanung, Kostenplanung) und KPIs
- Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Deutsch von Vorteil
- Weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
