Job Title: Senior Project Manager Digitalization

We are RONAL GROUP, a global company with a multicultural mindset, and we are looking for a qualified and motivated personality to join our team as a Senior Project Manager Digitalization.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling the rollout of the CAQ software SIEMENS Opcenter Quality at all locations of the RONAL GROUP. This includes creating specification requirements for the implementation of special requirements of the RONAL GROUP as change requests for integration into the standard software by the software supplier.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technological background related to the use of modern technologies, such as cloud and IoT, and consideration of their impact in the project context. Experience in agile IT development or service projects combined with practical know-how in project management, ideally in the context of engineering/manufacturing/purchasing/quality organisations, is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and control of the rollout of the CAQ software SIEMENS Opcenter Quality
  • Creation of specification requirements for the implementation of special requirements of the RONAL GROUP
  • Planning and realization of regular upgrades for further development and adaptation to industry requirements
  • Support of production sites in the implementation of customer and QM system requirements
  • Optimization of the system performance of the central installation
  • Administration of the system
  • Education and training of key users
  • Ensuring user support and handling tickets
  • Working on projects to measure and report key performance indicators
  • Establishing and ensuring efficient communications structures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor / Master University in (business) computer science or a comparable economic-technical course of study
  • Strong technological background related to the use of modern technologies
  • Several years of experience in agile IT development or service projects
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and with external partners
  • Knowledge in the area of Computer System Validation (CSV) is an advantage
  • Experience in quality management / quality assurance is an advantage
  • Business fluent in English
