Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager Digitalization to join our team at RONAL GROUP.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, with a focus on digital transformation and quality management.

Key Tasks:

  • Plan and control the rollout of the CAQ software SIEMENS Opcenter Quality at all locations of the RONAL GROUP.
  • Develop and implement specification requirements for the integration of special requirements of the RONAL GROUP into the standard software.
  • Plan and execute regular upgrades for further development and adaptation to industry requirements.
  • Support production sites in the implementation of customer and QM system requirements using Opcenter Quality.
  • Optimize the system performance of the central installation by testing and integrating alternative VMware solutions to the decentralized production sites worldwide.
  • Administer the system, including configuration and master data management, integration with SCADA and machine data.
  • Provide education and training to key users of the sites, including hybrid training.
  • Ensure user support and handle tickets, including incidents.
  • Work on projects to measure and report key performance indicators of operational and administrative quality processes using BI tools.
  • Establish and ensure efficient communications structures between internal and external project stakeholders.
  • Participate in the architecture phase and support subject matter experts within the SAP S4-HANA implementation in individual work packages/special areas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in business computer science or a comparable economic-technical course of study.
  • Strong technological background related to modern technologies, such as cloud and IoT.
  • Several years of experience in agile IT development or service projects, combined with practical know-how in project management, ideally in the context of engineering/manufacturing/purchasing/quality organizations.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and with external partners.
  • Knowledge in Computer System Validation (CSV) is an advantage.
  • Experience in quality management/quality assurance is an advantage.
  • Business fluent in English.
  • Software skills in QMS-Siemens Opcenter, SAP S4-HANA, Q-STAT, and Qlik.
  • In-depth know-how as a project manager regarding the implementation of IT systems in the industry.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 30% as part of the rollout.
