Werkstudent (m/w/d) für den Bereich IT Support

Bonnier Media Deutschland GmbH, eine traditionsreiche internationale Mediengruppe, sucht Unterstützung durch Werkstudenten im Bereich "IT Support" an ihren Standorten in Berlin, Hamburg und München.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei Support- und Problemlösungs-Anfragen aus den Verlagshäusern via Zendesk
  • Bereitstellen von Hardware Clients, sowie Zuweisung Software
  • Ausgabe von Hardware / Unterstützung vor Ort
  • Unterstützung bei der Userverwaltung
  • Allgemeine Admin-Tätigkeiten für das IT-Team
  • Je nach Erfahrungsstand sind weitere Tätigkeiten möglich

Dein Profil:

  • Du bist eingeschriebener Student aus dem Bereich Fachinformatik, IT oder vergleichbar
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit Ticket-Systemen
  • Sichere und praxisbezogene Kenntnisse im Microsoft 365 Umfeld
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit Microsoft Betriebssystemen wünschenswert
  • Idealerweise Hardware- und Software-Kenntnisse sowie Cloud-Kenntnisse
  • Organisationsstärke und selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. Level B2) sind ein Muss
  • Wochenarbeitszeit bis zu max. 20 Stunden in der Vorlesungszeit, in der vorlesungsfreien Zeit auch gerne bis zu 40 Stunden möglich
