Head of IT Leadership

Skeleton Technologies, a Global Cleantech 100 company, is seeking a seasoned IT leader to drive digital transformation and operational excellence. As the Head of IT, you will lead a high-performing IT team, overseeing IT strategy, processes, and infrastructure.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and leading a high-performing IT team, including hiring, training, and developing IT professionals.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive IT strategy, aligning with business objectives and driving digital transformation initiatives.
- Overseeing the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers, to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
- Developing and implementing a robust cybersecurity strategy to protect the company's digital assets, customer data, and intellectual property.
- Managing vendor relationships and ensuring value for investments.
- Developing and managing the IT budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in aligning technology strategy with business objectives and driving digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead IT teams and manage vendor relationships.
- Experience in IT budget management and cost control.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0, IoT, AI, and automation technologies.
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and compliance with industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Master's/MBA preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP) are desirable.
