Head of IT Leadership

Skeleton Technologies, a leading Global Cleantech 100 company, is seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our Information Systems and Operational Excellence team. As the Head of IT Leadership, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives and aligning technology strategy with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- IT Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing IT team, including hiring, training, and developing IT professionals.
- Digitization of Manufacturing: Lead initiatives to leverage technology for operational efficiencies and product innovation, staying updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strategic Technology Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear technological vision and strategy, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
- IT Governance: Establish and enforce IT governance processes and policies to ensure technology investments are aligned with business priorities.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Cybersecurity: Develop and implement a robust cybersecurity strategy to protect digital assets, customer data, and intellectual property.
- Master Data Framework, Management, and Analytics: Create processes, tools, and strategies for collecting, storing, and analyzing business data to provide insights for informed decision-making.
- Vendor and Partner Management: Oversee relationships with technology vendors and strategic partners, ensuring value for investments and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet business needs.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in aligning technology strategy with business objectives and driving digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead IT teams and manage vendor relationships.
- Experience in IT budget management and cost control.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0, IoT, AI, and automation technologies.
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and compliance with industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Master's/MBA preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP) are desirable.
