Head of IT

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of IT to lead our Information Systems and Operational Excellence team at Skeleton Technologies. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our digital transformation initiatives and ensuring the effective use of technology to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the IT team in developing and implementing a technology strategy that aligns with our business goals.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers.
- Develop and implement a robust cybersecurity strategy to protect our digital assets and customer data.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure that we are getting value for our investments.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to meet business needs.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in aligning technology strategy with business objectives and driving digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead IT teams and manage vendor relationships.
- Experience in IT budget management and cost control.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0, IoT, AI, and automation technologies.
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and compliance with industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Master's/MBA preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP) are desirable.
