About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of IT to lead our Information Systems and Operational Excellence team at Skeleton Technologies. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives and aligning technology strategy with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing IT team, including hiring, training, and developing IT professionals.
  • Develop and implement a robust cybersecurity strategy to protect our digital assets, customer data, and intellectual property.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers, to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
  • Establish and enforce IT governance processes and policies to ensure that technology investments are aligned with business priorities.
  • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to meet business needs while controlling costs.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in aligning technology strategy with business objectives and driving digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
