About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at GreenHarbour. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading the growth of key accounts in the energy sector, including renewable energy, battery storage, and substation automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities in assigned markets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and distribution partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide market intelligence on vertical segments, competitors, and key applications.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and embody the company's core values in all activities.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in engineering or business administration or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in sales and key account management.
  • Expertise in industrial communication and European business practices.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficiency in business-level English and German.
