About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Category Sales Manager to join our team at Buying Labs GmbH. As a key member of our commercial brands division, you will be responsible for driving category growth and enhancing our market positioning through strategic thinking, market analysis, and persuasive power.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients in the commercial brands segment
  • Negotiate with national and international customers to drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our commercial brands category
  • Analyze market, product, and price potentials to optimize assortment, trends, and brand presentation
  • Collaborate closely with our business development team to discuss opportunities and market developments
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
  • Ensure close exchange with other departments, such as Logistics and Finance, to act in the best interest of the company
Requirements
  • Professional experience in international account/sales management, ideally with a B2B customer network in the commercial industry, particularly related to wholesale, retail, and trading
  • Strong passion for beauty and sales, supplemented by expertise in business development
  • Existing industry network is desirable
  • Motivation to work independently and as part of a team, along with a high level of enthusiasm and presentation skills
  • Communicative personality and strong negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to build and develop effective business relationships
  • Degree in management, business administration, or a related field
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
