Technical Purchasing Manager

You will be responsible for the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of vehicle components while enhancing procurement workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Procurement: Oversee purchasing activities for vehicle components across both series production and new product development projects.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Independently conduct purchasing negotiations and manage allocations effectively.
  • Procurement Process Enhancement: Play a vital role in refining procurement methodologies and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
  • Supplier Development: Identify and cultivate supplier relationships, align requirements, and establish optimal order quantities.
  • Project Oversight: Ensure robust project management and achieve targeted project outcomes.
Required Qualifications

Essential:

  • Experience: Several years of experience in purchasing, ideally as a project buyer in automotive-related fields such as bodywork, electrical/electronic systems, or interior/exterior components.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong technical insight coupled with analytical capabilities.

  • Educational Background: A degree in technical business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
