About the Role

The Jr. DSP Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial part in the success of Amazon's Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program. As an interface between Sr. DSP Acquisition Specialists and Business Development Managers, this role is responsible for recruiting and onboarding DSPs. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in recruiting and onboarding, as well as advanced language skills in German and English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trusting relationships with internal teams and external DSP candidates
  • Identify qualified candidates and track them throughout the recruiting and onboarding funnel
  • Deliver great candidate experience through effective communication and flexibility
  • Use software tools (Excel, Outlook, Salesforce) to manage candidate status and meet deadlines

Requirements
  • Relevant experience in recruiting and onboarding/HR related field
  • Advanced level in German and English (written and verbal communication)
  • Further proficiency in one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Dutch, or Italian
  • Prior logistics experience
  • Competency in SALESFORCE
  • Customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing, and ambiguous environment
