Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Flink. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on our crucial business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for Flink.
  • Talent sourcing, leveraging your expertise to attract and win the best talent for our company.
  • Recruitment analytics, using data and metrics to improve our processes and develop meaningful recruiting strategies.
  • Stakeholder management, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and becoming a trusted partner on all hiring-related topics.
  • Candidate experience, striving to provide the highest level of candidate experience and continuously improving our recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of talent acquisition experience, either in-house or as an embedded recruiter.
  • Proven ability to attract and hire talent across different departments and channels while maintaining an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple business units, such as operations, finance, and marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to positively influence and improve the recruitment process.
  • High proficiency in recruiting platforms and tools, with SmartRecruiters experience being a plus.
  • Fluency in English and C1+ German.
