Medical Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Medical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Sanoptis AG. As a key member of our Recruiting team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top medical professionals to support our ophthalmology clinics.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract doctors and medical staff to our network.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Manage relationships with external recruiters and vendors to support the recruitment process.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of our strategies.
- Create and manage a central database of doctors to serve as a talent pool for Sanoptis.

Requirements- University degree in HR management, health management, business administration, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in recruiting medical professionals, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to connect with candidates and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
