Transform the German SMB Market with Malt, the fastest growing freelance marketplace in Europe. As a highly motivated and results-driven SMB Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving new business revenue growth and expanding our presence in the German market.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional who is passionate about working with small and medium-sized businesses (start-ups, scale-ups and traditional SMEs) in Germany. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building relationships with executives at all levels, and leading the full sales cycle from initial interest to deal close.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a deep understanding of your customers' businesses and identify opportunities to drive growth and expansion
* Lead the sales cycle, from initial interest to deal close, using your excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Build strong relationships with executives at all levels and in all industries
* Achieve targets by prospecting within client accounts via an outbound strategy that will allow you to continue to expand your portfolio
* Collaborate with the Community team on client briefs and follow-ups to ensure seamless execution
* Support clients in their search to help them connect to our best freelance profiles

About You:
* 2+ years of sales experience in SaaS platforms or marketplaces, preferably in the SMB sector
* Fluency in German and English
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong curiosity and ability to establish and formalize short, medium, and long-term customer needs
* Desire to integrate a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating, caring, and demanding work environment
