Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Program Manager with expertise in UI/UX to join our team in Munich. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and steering dedicated design projects to ensure timely delivery of high-standard assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Design Leadership: Provide guidance and oversight to design teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Analyze and resolve conflicts in a multicultural environment, removing hurdles and acting as a catalyst for design leadership.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the department manager to develop and implement processes, methods, and tools to improve design efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree or equivalent in Automotive/Industrial Design, Engineering, and/or Project Management.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Chinese.
  • Experience: 5+ years of work experience in a global automotive context, preferably OEM.
  • Skills: Strong planning, steering, and controlling skills with a focus on details and precision. Excellent understanding of the automotive design environment and its challenges.
