About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Operations Manager/Project Coordinator to join our team at BioMarin. As a key member of our administrative office staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our commercial organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize Commercial and Medical Third-Party events, BioMarin organized Meetings and HCP participation in events
  • Manage project budget and ensure all financial processes related are adhered to
  • Coordinate contract development between external parties and our compliance and legal department
  • Ensure the timely implementation of approval processes for material in connection with events
  • Close Collaboration with Compliance department in regards of completing Transparency Reports and eGrant Agreement letters

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial or comparable training
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of office or project management/team assistance
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and in writing)
  • Very good self-organisation, ability to multi-task
  • High learning ability and flexibility
  • Strong talent in solution-oriented work
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong ability to work as a team
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications
