Job Title: Temporary Operations Manager/Project Coordinator, Germany

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Operations Manager/Project Coordinator to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our administrative office staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our commercial organization, with a focus on budget management and meeting/event planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the commercial organization, including budget management, meeting planning, and event coordination.
  • Collaborate with the sales force to plan and execute commercial and medical third-party events, BioMarin organized meetings, and HCP participation in events.
  • Prepare and coordinate contracts, including sponsoring, speaker, consultant, and participant contracts.
  • Ensure timely implementation of approval processes for event materials, including flyers, speaker presentations, invitations, and other related documents.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure all financial processes are adhered to.
  • Coordinate travel bookings for invited participants and document compliance requirements and costs.
  • Update an annual event/project overview and related budget.
  • Closely collaborate with the Compliance department to complete Transparency Reports and eGrant Agreement letters.
Requirements:
  • Completed commercial or comparable training.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in office or project management/team assistance.
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong self-organization, ability to multitask, and high learning ability.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications.
  • Experience in event management and technical affinity are advantages.
