Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at BioMarin. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Commercial Operations team, including budget management, event planning, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Commercial Operations team, including budget management, event planning, and project coordination
Collaborate with the sales force to plan and execute commercial and medical third-party events
Prepare and coordinate contracts, including sponsoring, speaker, consultant, and participant agreements
Ensure timely implementation of approval processes for event materials
Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial processes
Coordinate travel bookings for invited participants
Document compliance requirements and costs
Update annual event/project overviews and budgets

Requirements:

Completed commercial or comparable training
At least 2 years of professional experience in office or project management/team assistance
Fluent in German and English (spoken and in writing)
Strong self-organization, ability to multi-task, and high learning ability
Strong communication and team-working skills
Confident handling of MS Office applications
Experience in event management and technical affinity is an advantage
