Job Title: Global Head of Payroll and Time Management

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our global payroll function and deliver world-class payroll support and services to our 70,000 associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement our overall global payroll and time & attendance strategy, aligning with global business objectives
  • Lead the global payroll transformation project to standardize and streamline our current set-up
  • Partner with regions and vendors to improve efficiency and effectiveness in service level management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (finance, tax, total rewards, legal, IT, and business) to ensure payroll is processed securely and in compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory/compliance requirements and ensure compliance across the function
  • Manage and drive resolution in escalated operational delivery risks or issues
Requirements:
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Accounting, or equivalent
  • Many years of experience in HR, particularly in Payroll and Time Management
  • Experience leading global teams and working in a matrixed environment
  • Proven experience in managing vendors and leading payroll transformation projects
  • Expertise in major Payroll and ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors)
  • Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization

  • Strong business acumen and collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with knowledge of German an advantage
  • Extensive project planning skills and ability to design, implement, and facilitate complex payroll transition projects
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a proactive approach to implementing innovative ideas
