Key Responsibilities

  • Drive engagement on tesaPRO Platform for collaboration and migration, ensuring seamless customer onboarding and support.
  • Continuously improve customer management effectiveness using tesaPRO, leveraging data insights to optimize sales strategies.
  • Take ownership of assigned LongTail customers, executing sales strategies and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Increase sales for defined C and D customer clusters, identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships.
  • Onboard customers on tesa PRO, providing 1st level support and ensuring accurate customer data within the CRM system.
  • Leverage tesa PRO to deploy new products and secure existing business, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain a project pipeline with new opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Lead management through pre-qualification by phone, ensuring effective communication and customer engagement.
  • Support Sales with exceptional communication needs, providing timely and accurate information to drive sales success.
  • Contribute to cross-RBU best practice sharing, leveraging expertise to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate bigger customer activities such as customer events, fairs, trainings, and tech days, driving customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Assist sales with editing tenders and creating quotations, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of sales materials.
  • Support managing Customer Portals, providing seamless customer experiences and ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Generate and implement ideas to optimize and digitize core sales supporting processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience as Sales Representative in industrial markets, preferably in the flexo printing and paper industry.
  • Strong digital mindset and capabilities, including Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in virtual meetings and phone calls.
  • Very good written and spoken German skills (level C1 or higher).
  • Very good written and spoken English skills (level C1 or higher).
  • Polish language skills are a plus.
