Wir suchen einen erfahrenen IT-Systemtechniker (m/w/d) für unsere Kunden im Raum Hannover. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie sich um die Betreuung von IT-Kundeninfrastrukturen im Bereich der (Mobilen-) Endgeräte, Hardware und Drucker kümmern.

Aufgaben
  • Betreuung von IT-Kundeninfrastrukturen im Bereich der (Mobilen-) Endgeräte, Hardware und Drucker
  • Fehleranalyse und -beseitigung vor Ort sowie Rollout-Unterstützung
  • Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software per Remote- oder Onsite-Support
  • fachliches Eskalationsmanagement und Unterstützung im IT Service Desk bzw. Helpdesk
  • Pflege der Dokumentationen und Optimierung der Abläufe
Kenntnisse
  • Technische Berufsausbildung oder Umschulung im IT-Bereich z.B. als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d), IT Systemtechniker (m/w/d), IT Systemelektroniker (m/w/d), IT Servicetechniker (m/w/d) etc.
  • Kenntnisse in den aktuellen Client- und Server-Betriebssystemen im Windows Umfeld
  • Herstellerzertifizierungen sind von Vorteil
  • Regionale Reisebereitschaft wäre wünschenswert
  • Kundenorientierung und Begeisterung für neue Technologien
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse und idealerweise Englischkenntnisse
  • Führerschein (Klasse B)
