We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Bechtle IT-Systemhaus Hannover. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their IT needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first- and second-level user support, resolving technical issues and answering customer inquiries
  • Act as a primary point of contact for technical support, handling incident and service requests
  • Develop and implement solutions to IT challenges, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support, with a strong understanding of technical systems and software
  • Proficient in ticket systems and proficient in both German and English
  • Friendly, communicative, and service-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Continuous learning and development, with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
  • Driver's license Class B desirable
