Senior Accounts Receivables Manager

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Accounts Receivables Manager, der unsere Debitorenbuchhaltung mit seiner Expertise und Proaktivität unterstützt.
Aufgaben:- Die selbstständige Bearbeitung der Debitorenbuchhaltung, einschließlich der Überwachung und Verbuchung von Zahlungseingängen.
- Die Pflege und Abstimmung von Debitorenkonten sowie die Durchführung des Mahnwesens.
- Die Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Prüfung von Rechnungen sowie Gutschriften.
- Die Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen.
- Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam und dem Controlling zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Zahlungsflusses.
- Die proaktive Optimierung der Prozesse in der Debitorenbuchhaltung durch gezielte Verbesserungsvorschläge.
- Erfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung, idealerweise in einem dynamischen, wachstumsorientierten Umfeld.
- Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Leben in Berlin oder Bereitschaft, für die Position nach Berlin zu ziehen.
- Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System (Business Central von Vorteil) und Offenheit für die Anwendung neuer Tools.
- Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Problemlösefähigkeit.
