Senior Construction Project Manager

Our client, a leading real estate company, is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee and execute high-quality real estate development projects. This role will focus on commercial property projects, including office fit-outs, retail-to-office conversions, and large-scale renovations and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple real estate development projects (3-5 projects concurrently), focusing on effective project and process management.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks across multiple projects to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Coordinate and oversee external planners, architects, and general contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Work closely with the construction management teams to facilitate project planning, progress tracking, and successful completion.
  • Be present at the office or project sites 4 days a week to ensure close oversight of ongoing developments.
Requirements:
  • High proficiency in both German and English is required for effective communication with local and international stakeholders.
  • Potential for growth and promotion to a lead position within the business based on performance and alignment with the company's objectives.
