Senior Construction Project Manager

Welcome to Peek & Cloppenburg. & Co. KG, Düsseldorf, where we are currently seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee new and renovation projects within our company. Below, you will find the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage various construction projects, ensuring compliance with all legal and quality standards
  • Lead and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Coordinate with external partners and internal departments to achieve project goals, driving results through effective communication and negotiation
  • Optimize project processes and costs, maintaining the highest quality standards while minimizing waste
  • Assist in procurement processes for construction services, leveraging industry expertise to secure the best value
  • Conduct technical evaluations for new locations and rental properties, providing informed recommendations to stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, with a strong foundation in project management principles
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including team management and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, with the ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Strong English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with international partners and stakeholders
  • Independent and structured work style, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners
