About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Hitzler Ingenieure. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate project teams to achieve project objectives
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or IT industry
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello
