Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute high-quality real estate development projects. This role will focus on commercial property projects, including office fit-outs, retail-to-office conversions, and large-scale renovations and repairs. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project & Process Management: Lead and manage multiple real estate development projects (3-5 projects concurrently), focusing on effective project and process management.
  • Task Prioritization: Manage and prioritize tasks across multiple projects to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and oversee external planners, architects, and general contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the construction management teams to facilitate project planning, progress tracking, and successful completion.
  • Site Management: Be present at the office or project sites 4 days a week to ensure close oversight of ongoing developments.

Language Proficiency:

  • High proficiency in both German and English is required for effective communication with local and international stakeholders.
