Commissioning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Specialist to join our team at Colt Technology Services. As a Commissioning Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the thorough testing, verification, and validation process of our data centre infrastructure before it becomes operational.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure that our data centre designs and concepts are tested and validated to prove their effectiveness.
- Work with internal and external partners to test and validate the constructed infrastructure.
- Deliver commissioning activities on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop strong working relationships with senior-level stakeholders and external commissioning agent companies.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless delivery of commissioning activities.
- Strong understanding of data centre engineering principles and practical experience with system operation.
- Ability to manage programmes and budgets, and make measured decisions regarding project risk.
- Knowledge of the Ashrae level 1-6 data centre commissioning process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to apply different management styles as needed.
