About the Role

The Support Consulting Engineer will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring high-quality technical consulting and support services for Optimizely's Campaign product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical first-level support to customers via email and phone
  • Offer expert advice to customers to resolve their technical queries
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to drive customer success and deliver key projects
  • Configure software according to customer requirements
  • Develop a knowledge repository to enhance the quality and speed of support
  • Participate in client meetings and share expertise with team members
  • Initiate internal process improvements and prioritize work effectively

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English language (native/bilingual proficiency)
  • IT-related education or equivalent IT skills
  • More than 2 years of experience in a client-facing environment
  • Nice to have: HTML knowledge and a good understanding of script languages
