Sustainability and Investor Relations Specialist

At DocMorris, we're seeking a highly skilled Sustainability and Investor Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our sustainability strategy and communicating our ESG initiatives to investors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement our sustainability reporting framework, ensuring compliance with new reporting standards such as ESRS, EU Taxonomy, TCFD, and CSDDD.
  • Prepare and analyze focused studies on capital markets and competition for our management board.
  • Manage ESG ratings, maintain relationships with external stakeholders, and interact with sophisticated investors and analysts.
  • Oversee projects, internal stakeholder management, and access to senior management from day one.
  • Support the Head of IR & Sustainability in ad-hoc analyses and projects.
Requirements
  • Passionate about sustainability and digitalization in healthcare.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to assume responsibility quickly in a high-paced environment.
  • Highly analytical thinking, structured, diligent, and responsible.
  • 2+ years of work experience in professional services, such as consulting or investment banking.
  • Any university bachelor or master degree.
  • Strong MS Office skills and SAP user knowledge.
  • Very good language skills in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Open to travel 1-2 times per quarter to our European locations.

Hybrid role: 2-3 times office per week, rest home office.
