At DocMorris, we're looking for a highly skilled Sustainability and Investor Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for focusing on sustainability and investor relations reporting, including quarterly and annual press releases, presentations, and reports. You will also contribute to building out our quantitative sustainability reporting towards new reporting standards, such as ESRS, EU Taxonomy, TCFD, and CSDDD.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sustainability and investor relations strategies to enhance our company's reputation and appeal to investors.
- Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and the management board.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and preparation of focused studies on capital markets and competition for the management board.
- Manage ESG ratings, maintain relationships with external stakeholders, and interact with sophisticated investors and analysts.
- Oversee projects, manage internal stakeholders, and provide access to senior management from day one.
- Support the Head of IR & Sustainability in ad-hoc analyses and projects.
- Passionate about sustainability and digitalization in healthcare.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to assume responsibility quickly in a high-paced environment.
- Highly analytical thinking, structured, diligent, and responsible.
- 2+ years of work experience in professional services, such as consulting or investment banking.
- Any university bachelor or master degree.
- Strong MS Office skills and SAP user knowledge.
- Very good language skills in German and English (spoken and written).
- Open to travel 1-2 times per quarter to our European locations.
