Sales Development Representative

We are partnering with a global market research and marketing agency to fill a Sales Development Representative role in their growing sales team in Germany. This entry-level sales position is based in the German head office in Düsseldorf and offers a permanent, full-time opportunity with a hybrid work arrangement.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role is perfect for an ambitious individual looking to advance their career in B2B sales. You will work closely with experienced salespeople and leverage your interpersonal skills to establish new customer contacts, schedule appointments, and support the sales process with relevant insights.
Key tasks include:
- Scheduling new business appointments through networking and lead sourcing activities.
- Conducting discovery calls to qualify opportunities.
- Monitoring and recording sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Presenting to and consulting with clients.
- Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Negotiating and closing deals.
Qualifications include:
- A university degree in Business or an equivalent education.
- Some experience in direct sales B2B.
- Ideal experience in business development, telesales, inside sales, outbound call centre, lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- An interest in market research and marketing.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent German and good English.
