Your responsibilities
- Develop and manage large-scale projects related to power generation, infrastructure, or heavy industry.
- Lead the development of clean dispatchable power projects from initial ideation to technical, commercial, and permitting maturity.
- Manage interfaces to other corporate functions in the review process of high-quality investment proposals.
- Take ownership of structuring project milestone plans and establishing strong project governance.
- Manage divergent stakeholder interests in an inclusive, yet goal-oriented way.
- Gather market intelligence and support lobbying of political and regulatory changes from a project development perspective.
- Execute Uniper's clean dispatchable power strategy.
Your profile
- University degree in relevant studies, e.g. engineering, business administration, economics, or physics.
- Minimum of 4 years of in-depth expertise and proven track record in actively developing and managing large projects.
- Certified project management skills.
- Experienced in functional leadership of international teams in business development activities.
- Profound understanding of technical and commercial requirements of development activities.
- Excellent conceptual and strategic thinking combined with the ability to prioritize.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, excellent team-working skills, ability to build strong working relationships across the Uniper Group, strong stakeholder management skills.
- Creative and open-minded character with entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to think out of the box.
- Professional command of German and English (another language of a Uniper core country beneficial).
