Unsere Herausforderung

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen IT-Systemmanager/in, der sich auf die Bearbeitung von Service Tickets (Incident/Problem) im 3rd Level Support unseres Purchase-to-Pay Helpdesk spezialisiert hat. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Koordination und Steuerung von Dienstleistenden bei Systemanpassungen und prüfen die Bewertung und Machbarkeit von Change Anforderungen. Sie sind auch für das Durchführen von Systemtests verantwortlich.

Ihre Qualifikationen

Nach Abschluss Ihrer Informatik Ausbildung, Ihres Studiums im Bereich IT oder Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation, konnten Sie bereits erste Berufserfahrung im (IT-) Servicemanagement oder Changemanagement sammeln. Sie zeichnen sich durch Ihr gutes analytisches und prozessuales Verständnis aus. Sie besitzen Grundkenntnisse zu gängigen Purchase-to-Pay Lösungen und/oder anderen einkaufsrelevanten Softwarelösungen. Sie verfügen über einen sicheren Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen sowie idealerweise Grundkenntnisse zu Standard ERP Systemen (z.B. SAP HANA, Microsoft Dynamics Navision, Infor). Sie sind kommunikationsstark auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
