Senior Manager of Automotive MCU Solutions

Job Title: Senior Manager of Automotive MCU Solutions

As a senior manager of automotive MCU solutions, you will lead the development and production of new evaluation boards and solutions for the automotive MCU series. You will work closely with product marketing teams and board design teams to create innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of application engineers to create new Renesas automotive solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including application engineers and product marketers, and external teams, including customers and partners.
  • Provide training and support to FAEs, sales teams, distributors, and customers on Renesas' automotive solutions.
  • Present Renesas' technologies, products, and applications in technical seminars and conferences.
  • Manage the development and production of hardware and software solutions for the automotive MCU series.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in related fields, including automotive system technical requirements and embedded microcontrollers.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of development tools and ecosystems.
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in hardware and software development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to articulate complex topics.
  • Skilled in project management, including planning and milestone tracking.
  • Able to lead, motivate, and influence local and remote workers.
  • Fluent in English and German with excellent communication skills.
