About the Role

In this key position, you will lead our efforts in developing a scalable and modular architecture that enables efficient and effective processes and data. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with business users, partners, and suppliers to drive business growth and transformation. Your expertise in enterprise architecture, data modeling, and governance frameworks will be crucial in shaping our global business processes and ensuring seamless data integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a scalable, integrated, and modular architecture that strengthens and enhances our operating model
  • Act as a consultant to partner effectively with business users, partners, and suppliers
  • Develop and implement a standard framework for visualizing and maintaining our company architecture
  • Ensure new solutions design fit into the target architecture and achieve holistic end-to-end design principles
  • Mentor business users on data ownership and drive a data-driven culture and mentality
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or comparable
  • Experience working as part of a project team on transformations in different company areas, such as Sales / SADM, Operations, and Supply Chain Management
  • Solid experience with enterprise architecture, data modeling, and governance frameworks
  • Knowledge of TOGAF, Archimate, Sparks, Lean Six Sigma, BPMN2.0, or similar
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques; Microsoft Azure knowledge is a plus
  • Good communication and collaboration skills in a global environment, ability to bring enterprise architecture alive for business users
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken); German or Japanese is a plus
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of €90,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience, flexible working hours, 30 vacation days, mobile working, individual part-time models, and programs for extended periods of absence.
