About the Role

This exciting opportunity is perfect for an experienced process and data analyst looking to take their career to the next level. As part of our global transformation initiative, you will play a key role in shaping our globally harmonized business processes and data model.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support all business transformation projects with their process and data requirements.
  • Act as a senior process and/or senior data analyst on transformation projects to support business users, partners, and suppliers.
  • Collect business requirements and develop proposals on how to fulfill them.
  • Analyze processes and user pain points, create user journeys, and develop and document re-engineered and efficient processes with process experts.
  • Analyze business data and identify data quality issues and their resolution.
  • Develop data and KPI definitions and implement these into our global business glossary and data catalog.
  • Support development of a scalable and modular process & data architecture to build a solid data foundation.
  • Support upskilling and training of business users on process and data ownership and drive a process- and data-driven culture and mentality.
  • Design and support implementation of data quality processes.
About You

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. Your qualifications should include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or comparable.
  • Experience working as part of a project team on transformations in Operations and Supply Chain Management.
  • Solid experience with data analysis and data quality initiatives.
  • Solid experience with process analysis and process documentation.
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design, development, data mining, and segmentation techniques; Microsoft Azure knowledge is a plus.
  • Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Power BI), databases (SQL), programming (Python, XML, or ETL frameworks).
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, BPMN2.0, or similar.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills in a global environment.
  • Good knowledge of English is a must, written and spoken; German or Japanese is a plus.
  • Self-starter with an ability to delve into technical details as well as manage key business stakeholders.
