Technical Sales Representative for the Balkans

ISO-Chemie GmbH, a trailblazer in the creation of energy-efficient and eco-friendly building sealing solutions, is seeking a committed technical sales representative for the regions of Romania, Bulgaria, and the Balkans (M/F/D) on a full-time basis.

Your clientele primarily consists of manufacturers of wood-aluminum windows, plastic and wooden windows and doors, as well as window installation firms.

With over 45 years of experience, we have established benchmarks in building sealing and have played a significant role in enhancing the energy efficiency of structures. Our goal is to continually improve the environmental impact of our offerings and broaden our sustainability initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Sales and distribution of technically sophisticated products within the window manufacturing and installation sector:

  • Identifying and acquiring new clients and projects
  • Consulting with processors and planners regarding window and door installations
  • Providing technical and commercial support to customers
  • Training installers on product usage
  • Building and maintaining relationships with planners and building authorities
  • Offering independent consultation and support to architects during the planning phase
  • Executing our sales and marketing strategies
Required Qualifications

A completed technical or vocational education, preferably in a construction-related field concerning windows or facades:

  • Experience in field sales for technical products, ideally with knowledge of the window industry
  • A proven sales record in the aforementioned sectors
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication and acquisition skills
  • Willingness to travel (overnight stays may be required based on residence)
  • A valid driver's license is necessary
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Commitment, adaptability, and reliability
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
