About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at mrge-group-gmbh. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our human resources strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and team leaders on people-related matters, including leadership development, change management, and organizational development.
  • Lead change management initiatives, including organizational restructuring, cultural transformation, and process improvements.
  • Develop and implement measures for team development in alignment with the overall people strategy.
  • Oversee and manage external recruitment partners to ensure a seamless talent acquisition process.
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, leadership development, change management, and organizational development.
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor on complex HR matters.
  • Experience with workshop facilitation, team development measures, and leadership coaching.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
