Transforming Mobility with Data

Siemens Mobility GmbH is a pioneer in the field of mobility, and we're looking for a highly committed individual to join our team as Head of Product Data Management in Engineering.

As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product data management process, ensuring efficient and smooth data management, qualification, and consistency. You will work closely with internal and external partners, such as manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, and customers, to identify synergy and optimization potentials using Lean and Agile working methods.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing data management processes and tools, such as SAP PLM and Team Center, to support the product lifecycle.
  • Leading a team of engineers and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data consistency and quality.
  • Representing the interests of stakeholders in engineering and ensuring process and method requirements are met during tool development.
  • Driving the strategic further development of tool and process landscapes across organizations in Engineering and with SMO IT.
