About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Expert to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical and commercial advice and support to both existing and potential customers in the sales region of Northern Bavaria/Thuringia.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will engage in intensive acquisition activities across various sectors, including services, engineering projects, and product sales, driving growth and expanding our market reach.
  • You will work closely with various internal stakeholders to coordinate all customer activities, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
  • You will take ownership of sales and gross profit responsibilities within your defined sales area for air filtration, engineering projects, and filterCair to achieve the goals from strategic and operational planning.
  • You will negotiate agreements on prices and delivery conditions, demonstrating your expertise in securing mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • You will stay ahead of the curve by gathering market intelligence on filter technology trends, requirements, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • You hold an engineering degree coupled with relevant professional experience.
  • You have a strong technical understanding to effectively communicate complex concepts.
  • You are fluent in German and proficient in English, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration in our multicultural environment.
